Upon arrival at camp your hook up sticker will be ready for collection in the Pavilion, please ensure you display this sticker on your windscreen, clearly visible.
Hook Up Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a £10 admin fee, deducted at the time of cancellation.
a) Cancellations before camp/stabling start time*:
- A £10 admin fee will be deducted.
- You will automatically receive a full refund of the remaining balance.
b) Cancellations after camp/stabling start time*:
- No refund
*Standard camp start times are either 12noon or 6pm, depending on what your camp has booked. Individual stabling start times are 6pm.Â
